We ensure that all members of our team receive appropriate safeguarding and Prevent training so they are equipped to recognise concerns, respond appropriately, and provide guidance and support where needed. Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment is central to everything we do.

We actively promote a culture where concerns can be raised confidently and handled sensitively, professionally, and in line with statutory guidance.
